These terms describe the basics of using SuperPoster. They are written in plain language and should be reviewed with counsel before production launch.
Using SuperPoster
SuperPoster helps you generate, preview, schedule, and publish faceless brand content. You are responsible for how you use the generated content and where you publish it.
You agree not to use SuperPoster for spam, impersonation, illegal content, platform manipulation, or activity that violates Instagram, Meta, Stripe, or applicable law.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. If you connect Instagram, you authorize SuperPoster to publish approved content according to your schedule.
You can pause automation or disconnect accounts from the product where supported.
Subscriptions
Paid automation requires an active subscription. Subscription billing is processed through Stripe.
Plans, prices, and included limits may change for new customers, but we aim to keep pricing clear before checkout.
Content ownership
You own the output generated for your brand, subject to any rights you provide in source material, prompts, names, or references.
You are responsible for reviewing generated posts before publishing, especially when content references people, brands, financial topics, health, or regulated industries.
Availability
SuperPoster depends on third-party services, including AI providers, Stripe, and Meta APIs. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or publishing if those services are unavailable or change their rules.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
